Company History
20 years' experience with housing associations
Our family business started in the 2000s, supplying social housing for a range of use cases. Since then, we have continued to grow, supplying HMOs and self-contained flats to multiple authorities and housing associations, with a portfolio of 10+ properties in the social sector alone.
Our Model
From property acquisition to leasing
We work closely with housing associations to define the specific needs of the use case, whether for learning disabilities, mental health or other support requirements. Using a blend of mortgage funding and third-party investment, we source suitable properties, scope required changes, and manage the full refurbishment process ensuring the final home meets all agreed standards.
